Incredible releases take time, and help from more experienced members, try the tutorial section to learn how to texture, model or animate, or even all three! I find it odd that members such as "poopy1233210" and "themanwoman" suddenly are in love with this skin, despite the fact they barely scrape 10 posts between them. The texture is ok, but I suspect this it not ALL totally original and much of it is valve's work (which should also be credited for the base layer if necessary).
The detail, as previously stated is incredibly distorted, especially the text near the stock of the gun. Realism is another pointless one, usually associated with animations, and custom models. Originality is low, because it's valve's default model (which you're meant to credit them for) and there are thousands of reskins and recolours of default models on FPSB alone.
You've put for you criteria "Detail, originality, realism and texture". Look man, the retexture itself isn't incredibly bad, like a single block colour, but to be honest, it looks like you've taken the Vtf file, opened it in PS and added a quick distortion to it, because the details on the mac 10 are now royally fucked up.
